Booking & Policies

Is there a minimum night stay policy?

Winter season there is not a minimum night stay policy.

Summer season there is a 2 night stay minimum.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A $300 refundable damage/security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The full rental balance and a signed rental agreement must be received no later than one week prior to check-in. The security deposit will be refunded after checkout provided no damages or policy violations are found.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies by season.

  • Winter Season: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the $300 security deposit.
  • Summer Season: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the $300 security deposit.

Cancellations made within these windows will result in a 100% forfeiture of the security deposit. Any rental payments made toward your stay (beyond the deposit) will be refunded in full.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer several secure and convenient payment options. Online payments are processed through Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers (ACH), Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We also accept Venmo and personal checks.

When booking directly with us, your payment is processed securely by Stripe and your reservation is protected with a signed rental agreement for added peace of mind. Reservations are confirmed once payment has been received.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an additional fee.

 

Cabin Experience

Are the cabins truly private?

Yes. Each cabin is positioned for privacy, including privacy fences were needed, covered hot tubs with curtains. There are no shared or community areas. There are Ring Doorbell cameras that are active on the lowest setting for video only to monitor for the correct number of guests and pets. They do not point inside or towards any of the listed private areas.

What makes your cabins “luxury” compared to others in the area?

Are linens, towels, and toiletries provided?

Yes. Our Towels are plush for a truly lux-hotel feel. No single Ply toilet paper here- we get the good stuff!

100% Morocco Argan oil body wash, shampoo, and conditioner from organic farms is safe for all skin types.

Is there WiFi? How reliable is it?

Yes. Wifi is free on the property with Ethernet connection available for remote workers. Free internet test states average internet speeds at 80-90Mbps download, 65 Mbps upload with an 11ms latency.

Is there parking for boats?

Yes. There is plenty of SAFE parking for multiple vehicles and a boat or two.

Pets

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, with a $25 per stay pet fee. We ask that dogs stay off beds and furniture.

There is a quick dry microfiber towel just for your fur babies. Please do NOT use the white towels on your dogs.

Are cats allowed?

No! Under no circumstance are cats allowed!

What is the weather like in Forks?

Forks, Washington is known as one of the rainiest places in the United States, receiving abundant rainfall that keeps the surrounding forests incredibly lush and green year-round. Expect cloudy skies, misty mornings, evening fog — all part of the authentic Pacific Northwest experience.

The steady rain nourishes this iconic area, the Hoh Rain Forest and the glacier-fed rivers throughout the region.

Summers in Forks can be surprisingly sunny and beautiful, with mild temperatures, vibrant green forests, and refreshing lakes and rivers perfect for exploring. Coastal spots like Rialto Beach often feature dramatic sunsets and extended daylight hours.

Rain or shine, Forks offers a unique and unforgettable natural landscape in every season.

Are you open year-round?

The best time to visit Forks IS year round. It all depends on the vibe your looking for.

Summer (June–September)

Summer brings the warmest temperatures, longer daylight hours, and more sunshine. It’s the most popular time to explore the beaches, hike through the rainforest, and enjoy glacier-fed rivers. Nearby highlights like the Hoh Rain Forest and Rialto Beach are vibrant and breathtaking during these months. Forks hosts a wonderful "small town" 4th of July event. Local Tribes host amazing cultural festivals like Quillaute days or Makah days or Sekiu Days.

Shoulder Season (April–May & October)

Many guests consider this the sweet spot. You’ll experience fewer crowds, peaceful trails, moody coastal sunsets, and that classic misty Pacific Northwest atmosphere. Waterfalls are powerful in spring, and fall brings dramatic and world renown fishing opportunities — and that covered hot tub offers the perfect relaxation after a long day of exploring.

Winter (November–March)

Winter is quieter and incredibly cozy. But don't worry this is also the perfect time for those adventurous and diehard fishermen to experience a one in a lifetime fight for the winter runs. dramatic skies, fog drifting through the trees, and the soothing sound of rain on the roof. It’s an ideal time for couples’ getaway to enjoy the lush rainforest without the summer crowds.
