Cozy Forks Cabin Olympic National Park

Cozy Forks Cabin Olympic National Park

Centrally located for exploring Olympic National Park, the Hoh Rain Forest, Sol Duc, Lake Crescent and the Pacific Coast with enough amenities and outdoor activities that the cabin itself is part of the vacation, not just somewhere to sleep after exploring.

Come home to plenty of games, 2 fire pits with FREE firewood and a covered outdoor area —perfect for families, friends, hikers, fisherman, or twilight enthusiasts. Anyone looking forward to Fall colors and those iconic PNW rainy evenings.

The Space

A private forest retreat made for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. See Neighborhood overview for estimated drive times to the attractions on the peninsula. The National park is huge and very spread out. finding a rental smack in the middle will make exploring much for efficient.

Tucked among towering evergreens near Forks, this cozy cabin gives you the privacy of the woods while keeping you centrally located for adventures throughout Olympic National Park, the Hoh Rain Forest, Lake Crescent, Sol Duc, Rialto Beach, La Push and the Pacific Coast. Easy access from Hwy 101 makes coming and going simple—yet once you're here, the surrounding forest and lack of close neighbors make it feel wonderfully secluded.

Inside, warm wood walls and abundant windows create a true Pacific Northwest cabin feel. The home sleeps up to 6 with one private bedroom plus a low-ceiling sleeping loft with two additional beds. The loft is cozy rather than a traditional bedroom and is especially fun for kids, teens and adventurous adults.

The full kitchen is stocked for real meals, while the living room offers a Smart TV, games and plenty of space to unwind after a day of hiking and exploring.

But the outdoor space is where this little cabin gets big.

Spread out across the large private yard with badminton/volleyball, cornhole, ladder ball, target games and more. Gather around one of two fire pits with FREE firewood, make s'mores with the supplies we provide, or settle into the covered outdoor lounge when the famous Forks rain rolls in. Around here, a rainy evening isn't a reason to go inside.

And there's one more feature we especially love: a private ¼-mile forest trail leads to your own secluded riverside swimming and fishing spot. We even provide beach chairs with cup holders so you can pack a drink, wander down and stay awhile.

No shared spaces. No close neighbors. Just your group, the forest and a comfortable home base for experiencing one of the most beautiful corners of Washington.

Guest Access

Entire place. all you see from your little cabin view is yours for the vacation. Our goal as owners and managers is give families, friends, and groups the privacy they need to fully relax and unwind.
The home is on a natural well. the well house is off limits and locked.

Other Things to Note

Sleeping Loft:

Our cozy sleeping loft adds extra sleeping space and is accessed by a slim stairway. WATCH YOUR HEAD GOING UP AND DOWN the stairs! The ceiling is very low, approximately 4ft 5in high. Please note that the loft has a very low ceiling and is not a traditional bedroom. Guests will not be able to stand upright throughout the loft. It’s a fun, comfortable sleeping space especially well suited for kids, teens and adults who don't mind a cozy setup. Please review the photos carefully to make sure it works for your group.

Highway 101:

One of the things we love about this location is how easy it is to find and how convenient it is for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. The cabin is located just off Hwy 101, so road noise can be heard from the property, particularly outdoors. While the home is surrounded by forest with no close neighboring homes, it should not be described as completely silent or remote.
