Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home and property, except for the garage.

The neighbors do not share this property and do not enjoy unexpected visitors on their land. Please respect posted boundaries—we want your stay to be drama-free and magical!

We know every family is different, so if you have special requests or want to bring extra guests, just reach out. We’re pretty laid back and love to accommodate when we can.

Other Things to Note

This property is proudly family-owned and operated by locals who live right here on the Olympic Peninsula. We're not a big management company—we’re a school nurse and a fishing guide who love sharing our little piece of paradise with others.

We built and designed this space for real families like ours. When you book with us, you’re helping support our kids' school trips, our neighbor’s local firewood business, and a community that still waves when you drive by.

Please Note:

  • Bunk beds have a 200 lb weight limit on the top bunk.

  • Do not access neighboring properties (they will call us, and they always do).

  • The riverbank is steep in some areas—supervise children and pets carefully.

Thanks for helping us keep this space safe, relaxing, and available for future guests to enjoy!
